East of Eden is based in Walthamstow with over 100 yoga, mat and reformer Pilates, barre and meditation classes a week for people of all levels of experience, in 3 studios. There’s a spacious cafe and reception with delicious, healthy, organic food choices, juices and teas, and coffee from Wood St Coffee. There are 2 therapy rooms and showers and changing rooms. The main yoga studio is fi lled with light and plants, including a living wall fi lled with plants identifi ed by NASA as having air purifying qualities. East of Eden also regularly collaborates to offer unique yoga experiences outside Walthamstow, such as the yoga, breathwork and sound classes at the Natural History Museum, and Attune: live music and yoga events with credible artists in an art gallery in Waterloo. They also run regular retreats featuring much loved East of Eden teachers at locations around the world. Open: 630am - 930pm Mon to Fri 730am - 8pm weekends
