BAO Fitzrovia opened in June 2016- the second site from Shing Tat Chung, Wai Ting Chung and Erchen
Chang. The menu is different to the flagship Soho restaurant, there are two new BAOs including the
Cod Black and Beef Shortrib BAO, larger sharing dishes and Xiao Chi (drinking snacks). The drinks list
comprises of cocktails such as the Sweet Potato Sour, hot and cold teas imported from Taiwan and
an eclectic wine list. The BAO Bakery is housed upstairs where the fluffy BAOs are handmade. The
restaurant was designed by founder Shing Tat Chung in collaboration with Article Studio. BAO Fitzrovia
takes reservations.
