recipes, sharing stories and then opened a restaurant together.
Indigenous ingredients and traditional techniques are reimagined by
culinary craftsmen, featuring dishes such as Unagi Risotto, Burnt Soy
Butter & Dashi and Black Sesame & Milk Chocolate Pannacotta. Drinks
are served from hidden drinking den, Golden Gai. Five-plates £38pp /
