Ellie is an Ashtanga and Hatha yoga teacher, Ayurvedic Yoga Massage Therpaist and the Founder of NITARA activewear. She discovered yoga at the age of 17 and instantly became fascinated by the balance of strength with softness and how the practice can weave it’s way into our daily lives. She has been teaching since 2012 and has made numerous trips to Mysore, India since then to continue her study with Sharath Jois. She teaches publically, privately and coroprately across London and offers Massage from Triyoga Shoreditch.
